

Holidays Act Remediation Payment Application for Former Employees
Steel & Tube has recently undergone an independent audit process driven by an experienced third party, Integrity1, to ensure compliance with the Holidays Act.
The period covered was from 1 May 2016 to 4 August 2024 for some former Steel & Tube employees.
Following the recalculation, we have engaged Premium Payroll Solutions, a company experienced in dealing with Holiday Act recalculation projects and payments, to help manage the process around contacting and processing any potential backpay entitlements to former employees of Steel & Tube.
If you were employed by Steel & Tube between the dates above and are no longer a current employee of Steel & Tube, you may have been affected by this recalculation.
